I did a quick search and couldn't find this mentioned, I never knew about it until a player on my AI project server/stream mentioned it as I was attempting to fix some logic in how my AI driver handled shifting the car under wheel spin conditions. (Previously he would shift up because rpm matched)

Enter LX6 (likely other cars, didn't test), and set Gear Mode to Auto, "eeewww"!
Press in the clutch and get the gear into first with sequential shifter, "aaaahhh"!
Floor the throttle, bounce off the rev limiter then drop the clutch.
Result: Transmission shifts to second, then drops back to first.
Expected: Transmission to remain in first.
Note: This won't reproduce if not bouncing off the rev limiter, even a few hundred RPM down seems to solve it. Pretty minor, but I hadn't seen it mentioned...
