Update if someone has a similar problem: Unlimiting the FPS in game stopped the lag spikes. Still not perfect, but playable

I have the same situation for a while , sometimes briefly sometimes really bad and long freeze , sometimes never , i have laptop too , Lenovo Legion y520 i5 7300HQ Intel HD630 with GTX 1050 2TB HDD 8GB Ram "not working anymore" .
i did last week fresh install win10 and changing some system sittings, update drivers, i runned Defragment on the System Partition, but still variable stuttering, i suspect that is HDD causing this lags, or because i have one stick of ram , but not sure tho.

Setting the batery to maximum power.
PCI express set maximum performance.
CPU for physX
......... not use adaptive, but static contrast on display.
