First thank you for this very nice game (that's my first post here).

After speaking with many drivers, it seems many of them think that having a rain weather could be a good experience.

Is that possible ?

Yes, it's possible. Just type /rain=yes while connected as admin.

Joke. It's not the goal to the developers I think, at least not for now, and rain was already suggested a lot of times as you can see: https://www.lfs.net/forum/thread/2626-Suggested-improvements-log-%5BREAD-before-making-a-new-thread%5D

Dynamic weather + track certainly is goal of developers, just not mentioned in any near-future goals (and the last major near-goal is taking almost 10 years to implement, so there's no way to predict when such feature will be in LFS).
