Would it be difficult to mount a keyboard somewhere on the cage? I mean, it'd be ridiculously hard to type most of the time, but the longer tracks have straights where I imagine you could get a word in. And you'd probably be able to do non-conversational stuff pretty easily.

Where is the tower in relation to the machine?

The best Force Dynamics video I have seen is the short LX6 one at SOClassic, resulting in a crash.

sdether: I think to best give the impression of what your machine is capable of, you should make further videos from onboard the device, with outside objects blacked out (that is how I would want to use it actually). Show the driver being shaken about with a camera fitted like you would fit an onboard camera to a car, and, like with the LX6 video, have some sort of object to show the forces being exerted.
