I have a steering wheel(Thrustmaster T80) and i decided to play LFS. However, the car automatically revved and after launching stopped revving without any input. The wheel works. Also, when i go into settings to try and map it to Axis 8 and 7, it will not work although it clearly shows i can input. It shows how much brake i put and gas. I need help. This is a very weird problem.

Do you see the red and green bars (brake / throttle) down at the bottom right when you are in your car?
To enable that:
Options - Display - Show pedals : [yes]

You should see the bars move when you press your pedals.

Also, which car are you driving? Make sure you have:
Options - Driver - Auto clutch : [yes]

I put everything you asked me to put on and i still couldn't get it driving.

But some questions:
- could you see the coloured bars moving up and down?
- which car are you trying to drive?

I can't see the bars moving. They're at half constantly and also i am trying to drive the BMW Formula car and RWD beginner car. Also, in KB mode i can activate the throttle/ brake through the pedals.
Also, do I need to buy the s1,s2 and s3 licenses or do I earn them by playing?

I think your controller is not set up properly.

One thing you should check this setting:
- Throttle / brake axes -> make sure it is "separate"
