ver 7A can't change setup on multiplayer when watching.

I also adressed this issue while still in test patch phase - Scawen said he made some changes in this settings area and they cannot be reverted that easily,so we have to live with it how it is now.
Sidenote - this opens misuse of button clutch in servers,which used to have Airio's button clutch protection,as airio now spectates everyone by default with button clutch prevention setting on. Hopefully someone will come up with other idea how to prevent button clutch...

we have in our automatic clutch of becaus its realistic when you drift and pull your rear wheels lock then you car shut if you dont press clutch pedal. And now when you try come to server you need first go another server because you cant do that change in spectate mode. This is big problem, becaus "noobclutch" = automatic clutch is default on

best way is do that automaticly like as "force cocpit view"
