Monday evening was held the 10th round of the french League. The paddock went to Rockingham discovering Flame_CZE's latest addition : the Radix! GUM|||KingOfIce appeared to be the man to beat once again, but [MRc]Jsk found the ultimate pace in the money time to clinch the pole position in front of the 2023 champion. GUM Garage's WrappedPigeon took a interesting 3rd position, in front of newcomer, Kip. on 3rd row it was set to be a 100% FSR line-up as Yorry took 5th in front of his boss - and previous race winner - System. AR_DLV, W/L.Rydh, NFR_Proxima and GUM|||Donald were completing the top 10.
Infortunately, out of the 17 qualified racer, 3 couldn't take the start : Yorry stuck in traffic flood, L.Rydh which had his birthday and Loopingz who couldn't be home at this time.

At the start, the trio took a interesting fly-off as they were all lined up. On the back, while Kip totally flopped his start, System had a little lag of reaction but still somewhat managed to leave his spot quickly. DLV took benefit of that and was pressuring System on the 2nd turn but first "braked" corner while the racers were all packed up. Then JSK and Pigeon were gapping the field, and it seemed we had a little group for the P3 with King, System and DLV. But on lap 4, DLV spun on leaving the second corner and went mowing, promoting Nanex to P5. Unfortunately, the NFR boss kept it only a couple of corners, as the fight in his back between Proxima and Kip was getting hot, the NFR's boss made a small mistake, leaving that fighting group a opportunity to pass him. And then Nanex would get his P5 back a few laps later, as the newcomer, Kip, made a small mistake, punching Proxima's rear wing, and causing them to loose a couple of position. When mid race happened, Pigeon as he was putting more and more pressure on JSK, faulted at the second corner's braking zone before leaving the oval and did the same mistake as Kip, sending JSK wide away. Fortunately for the Slovakian, he only lost the first position and the built gap in front of the pair KingOfIce-System. But it was before we could count on Pigeon's fairplay, leaving his 10 second gap from the lead to wait for JSK, who could take back his P1 at the beginning of the 3rd sector. That would also give KingOfIce and System another chance to fight for the top positions, as the 4 drivers were regrouped under 3 seconds. But finally Pigeon got the best of JSK after a burning hot moment where the pair scratched their side one against the other before the second corner. Jsk had then to defend his second position as KingOfIce was here to remake the pursuit they've done in FernBay. This time JSK could have escaped from the reining champ. In the end, Pigeon took his 3rd win of the season, 4 seconds ahead of JSK. KingOfIce took the last step of the podium, which is ironically his worst result this season, meanwhile System hopped for a moment to fight him, but the frenchman must be content to score P4. On the rest of the queue, Nanex scored a magnificent 5th place, after a season who saw NFR's boss struggling, this result will definitely give him some moral boost. Behind Nanex, Donald took the best of Proxima for the 6th place, as the belgian ran out of fuel before the finish line. But thankfully for the Belgian, it wasn't enough for Kip who finished 8th, in front of DLV, meanwhile Proxima's brother, Geraxi, completed the top 10, out of 14 drivers.
Now we'll have to wait only 2 weeks before the next league race, as the last races are closer in term of time, because of the xmas open. But the french community will be back again shortly, precisely this saturday, as the 2nd round of the LFSES is happening at 9pm CET for a 100 min race, using the Long Beach custom layout at Layout Square.
