First, let me introduce the CZE vs. SVK Cup. This cup is driven on Blackwood Racetrack with demo cars - XF GTI, XR GT and Formula BMW (each race - one car) and there are 7 races to race. On Saturday, 8th November, the first race was run. In total, 10 drivers qualified into their very first race in this cup (5 Czech and 5 Slovak drivers).

Qualifying
15 minutes
Qualifying for the first race on Blackwood GP track with XF GTI's finished well for Kalio from Czech Republic, who had got best laptime (1:33.62) and therefore he gained a pole position for the 21 laps race. All the drivers finished the qualifying without any problems so the race could start.
Race
21 laps, one pitstop required
The start of the race was done without any problems or crashes in the first hairpin. Kalio's in the lead but in the first lap he went to the pitlane for required pitstop, so he lost his leading and the leader was Abarth. But somewhere in the half, almost the rest of racers went to pits (including Abarth), so the rank got mixed up. It was a nice battle for podium between Tonny, Abarth and Martin - and the first racer to finish was Tonny from Czech Republic.
So after the first race, the Czech Republic is in the lead with 31 points but Slovakia now has got 30 points so it's not lost.
