The MiniFBM Series 2010 from New Dimension Racing has arrived! The series has proved to be a viable concept, but has in past struggled with schedule conflicts and low numbers. This season, we're hopeful that many drivers will be interested in it, and we've worked with other league organizers to ensure we're not in conflict with their events, as part of our continuing effort to ensure LFS racers have flexibility to attend as many races of as many organizers as they wish.

The MiniFBM Series runs with a 25% intake-restricted FBM. This might sound a bit much to you, and may make the car sound dull and boring to drive. That's a reason we don't use the fast, wide-open tracks in LFS. We use select permanent circuits, and a selection of Autocross and now Car Park layouts to provide variety and more appropriate tracks for the car. Drivers tend to say the car has a "kart" feel to it, with it's 95 bhp. Racing in this car can be very tight and exciting, especially with the right group of people.

Also, because of the lower limit for Autocross and Car Park, we've included a system to let the slower cars race their way in. We intentionally book spots for them, so they have a chance to at least get some racing in, even if they cannot race their way into the main race.
