Almost a year after a successful opening season, the RACCAR is back. The league consists in racing on road courses aswell as on autocross layouts, in the 31% restricted Finnish Raceabout prototype, also known as the least driven – but also as one of the most challenging – car on LFS. The restriction makes the racing slightly closer, and makes the car easier to drive.

The 2009 and opening season was organised by iCON Racing, and was won by Fredrik Enersen and CoRe Racing Red. After the iCON-NDR merger, the league’s future looked uncertain. But the league would eventually be taken over by Tiger Express Events, which would held the annual 2010 season.
