Kyoto 400 Application Period Closes Thursday at 23:59 GMT

The Inaugural Kyoto 400's participant application period remains open until Thursday, February 16th at 23:59 GMT. All applications submitted after this time will be rejected. The deadline for skin submissions is the following day (17th) at 23:59 GMT and the deadline for receiving the proper license distinction through MPR submission or participation in an Official Practice Session is at the same time also on Friday the 17th.
Qualifying Day is Saturday, February 18th starting at 15:00 GMT with single car qualifying runs which will determine the front row of the Kyoto 400 followed by two duel 100 mile (54 lap) races which will set the rest of the starting grid for the Inaugural Kyoto 400. The first ever Kyoto 400 mile race is slated to take the green flag on Saturday, February 25th at 17:00 GMT. Competitors must be in attendance by 16:45 GMT on race day for grid stacking, driver's meeting, and pace laps.
Cameron Corns, the Director of Realistic NASCAR feels that this event is going to be a must see.
“For the first time ever, I'm able to tell the drivers that this is going to be a great race. Realistic NASCAR has ran really great events in the past few tries without restriction on those who enter into the events such as what we do for the Kyoto 400. The Oval 50 Event ran all fifty laps with only two full course cautions, and that event had 15 competitors. The IndyCar 250 ran one hundred and thirty five laps with only four full course cautions with 17 competitors. Neither of those events had a restriction on the people who entered into the event and raced. There were a few people in those events who should have never reached the track, but they did and we did all that we could to run the event as cleanly as possible. Those dangerous people will not be racing i.”n the Kyoto 400."
Practice sessions intended to give competitors a chance to earn the proper licensing will be ran everyday this week starting at 20:15 GMT and concluding at 20:40 on Realistic NASCAR Server. Password for all of these sessions will be “license”, but only competitors who have registered to participate in the Kyoto 400 will be permitted to participate in these sessions.
