The Westhill 207 has been moved back by two hours in order to avoid conflict with the F1 Brazilian Grand Prix which was also scheduled to start at 16:00 GMT. Obviously the FIA will not move their race, so we at Realistic NASCAR has moved ours. Qualifying for the Westhill 207 is scheduled to start at 18:00 GMT which should allow all of our competitors and viewers to get their fill of the conclusion of the 2012 Formula 1 season and move on over to sim-racing.tv or Realistic NASCAR Server and join in on the semi-final round of our hotly contested championship.
Controversy rocked the South City 150 as Championship leaders Nikifor Dakovic (09) and Isaac Price (99) colided on the final lap of the event while fighting over second place as Joe Holmes (36) cruised to his second victory of the series to secure third place in the championship after missing round 3. Now with two races to go Nikifor Dakovic has a 41 point advantage over Isaac Price who has a 12 point advantage over Joe Holmes. All three drivers can clinch the championship by scoring max points in the season's final two races regardless of what their competitors do. The maximum points swing in a single round is 131 which means that Mindaugas Stankus (27) who is in fourth place 249 points behind, and Robin Friskopps (77) who is in fifth 256 points behind are the only other competitors mathematically elegable to win the 2012 World TBO Championship Series.
Nikifor Dakovic can clinch the World TBO Championship Series by finishing second or better in both of the remaining races and qualifying on the pole in both events regardless of what his competitors do, but Isaac Price and Joe Holmes are going do do what ever it takes to make sure that Dakovic doesn't take home the title.
