The 19th season of the Absolute Beginners Racing League begins THIS SUNDAY!
The frontwheel driven NTG cars will bounce around the bumpy South City Long reversed track for 26 laps.
The announcement comes a bit late, but it is still possible to join and drivers of all skills are invited.
It is also possible to join mid-saison.
There is a wide range of skills so there is always someone of similiar pace and the class system brings some competition even if you can not compete for the overall win.
To join create an forum account at http://absolute-beginners.nl/ and log in. This will allow you to see the server info & passwords. Now it is just a matter of showing up on the track at race time
Each season of the AB league consists of 10 races of varying cars and tracks.
Season 18 had both "easier" races for example with the GTI class but also more tricky, less often used cars like the RAC & FZ5.
Season 19 will offer a similiar mix, the complete schedule can be seen here:

Races take place every sunday at 19:30 CET
The races take 45 minutes plus qualifying beforehand.
Once again there will be again special Cup races every third sunday that count towards their own championship.
Last season there was a "Rear Wheel Drive Cup" using long 90 minutes races.
The cars & tracks of new Cup are not decided yet but it will be a sprint race based format with success ballast.
In breaks (like summerbreak) AB league sometimes hosts special events, like this season there were time trials and a derby event.
We are looking forward to an exciting season, good luck!
Not a part of the league, but in the past AB drivers have entered teams to various endurance races.
For interested drivers looking to get into endurance racing there might be opportunities to team up.
Recently 4 "AB teams" took part in the CL10^3 1000km race.
