Woah...
Fresh install of both Z & Z17 with default settings, Z17 is only about 10 frames different so now its 60-80fps So I can live with that

(I relised the hands where on in z17 and not in original but that didn't make much difference)

Edit: I have closed the application running the clock in Z17 screen shot and no great frame rate change.

Because I understand if you don't like achievements no one going to force you to do them but why decide for the players who would like to have achievements.

Also the main point of this thread is not that someone give the idea and those who disagree with him try to bury this thread or take attention somewhere else.
The main point of threads like this is discussion, images are nice but they lack of substantive value.

Maybe some people dislike the idea as well as it would take time to make perfect and stop the main workings of LFS like cars and tracks.

It's like a side task really...it doesn't ad performance to the game but to the game play....

hmmm, yeah I suppose it is a Sim...but in real life you get "Achievements". when you come third second or first you have achieved something and you get a shiny trophy

yeah Online would be better but then it would be easier to get no collisions just tell your friends stay away from me and you'll be fine

Give people time It doesn't take 2 seconds to make one...maybe 1 to 2 hours or for a high quality one maybe more and if they are doing other things like playing LFS then it will take longer and seeing as I'm doing none of those things I'm going to make one for you as well

If LFS had achievements like for eg. Clean section, Clean lap, and so on do you think we would have better drivers (until they get all the achievements) but yeah it would give people something to do as there is so many people saying lfs is boring. your opinion?

I think LFS should make you scared to crash into walls and other players. Like you said keep you in pits longer and fix not everything but enough to keep racing or take you out of the race completely.
