When I line my car up in the box nothing happens.... it doesn't do anything. Is that a bug? I tried pitstoping like 13 times and rebooted too.

Is it the main pits u are using or the other old pits , like on aston ?

Can't test at the moment, but what if you have enough fuel, new tyres and no damage? Press F12 and adjust when you change your tyres and how much fuel you use...

um..I think this has happend to me before on demo...It was the server tho...every other server was fine.

SET REPAIRS TO YES in f12 menu. You have to set fuel to go in in F12 or make the tyres change at low wear in the pits menu INFO tab.

If that doesn't work, you have to remove your drive-through penalty / stop-go penalty etc before it lets you stop in the pit markers.

You have to leave pitlane before it lets you pit stop a second time.
