Lfsworld came back for me for a sec when to click on host online and got the webpage not found thing. same for lfs.net. the lucky people who didn't log off there servers are still connected

anyone notice it still showing us in servers? why is that?

^^ same they haven't been offline long maybe 5 mins now at most

just reinstall lfs and update to 0.6 B i looked for the manual update couldn't find it. It wont update you to 0.6b 11 due to that only being a test patch. of maybe some one still has the the z34 to 0.6b patch

it sucks people are more worried about vob mods then about the people hacking lfs. how bout crack down on all the illegal use of lfs. the dev's know about that russian crack crap they can stop it since they are stealing the game from the dev's. but far as this rim manager goes nice work bud i like it thanks for sharing it with us.

I have question. I have tried to get this working but i have failed. I'm running it on local to test it out. server side i type /insim 29999 like you normally would for insim, then i run the app server saids insim-tcp, insim connected, insim guest closed. and when i go back to the app running soon as i click on it the app closes it self out. any thoughts on what is causing this?

to connect one look in the setup.cfg file it will have ip, port, admin pass, and insim port.... insim ports are normaly 2999 and under i believe correct me if im wrong... in lfs type /insim 2999 "note 2999 is example" then start your insim via insim startup. will be application file. as far as coding like they said up top don't try to code right off the bat. use a finished insim and slowly modify it so you can get use to coding and figuring out the basics.. good luck hope this helps

they set there insim up like that. you can find the basic one in lapper section. its called drift points. its fairly basic about what is in it far as drifting go it shows speed angle but not as good as lislon

Edit: There is nothing wrong with variaty. If cruises want to cruise, let them cruise. If drifters want to drift, let them. They just need to be easyly seperated.

Edit2: found a picture of what I mean (and yes it was seperated 3 times. It shold be seperated just twice, never had a problem with S1 races)



How to seperate "racing types": When opening a server choose one of 3 options: race, cruise or drift. Just like we seperate cruise from the rest, drift should be also a option to toggle off. Problem solved.

My bad i thought you was implying to do away with demo servers all together. I agree with what you said just now. They should go back to where s2 users can choose what license server is listed weather it would be demo,s1, or s2. and demo players only see demo servers.

I'm all for cruise and drift servers. just the way he was saying seemed like he wants them gone for good. and your right you take those away how many players would come online then?

if they did away with demo server you will lose 70% of lfs users. the demo players will not buy s2 to keep playing.

think you have to contact the dev's about haven a modified tag for server and im sure that they would set you up with right files. then again i could be wrong.

UC has been around for 2 years. We hardly ever have problems. Given all Community's/Groups do. LTC has there own share of problems to back when they was getting hacked yall stood by them, and yet when something happens to another cruise server your like ban cruise servers there waste of time. I also race on cargame, mrc, fsp, racing gets boring fast its always good to go chill in a cruise server and you say you drive at 60km? that is your choice to follow the speed rules, you can go faster that is your choice. So no need to hate on cruise servers.

Well as you all may have noticed, there is a new cruise server out on s2. Things you should know about IC:

• IC is using UC's insim without any granted permission (They were hosting for us and stole the source code off the owner's dropbox
  
• It was then revealed that Frozen (owner of IC) is actually Kevin
  
• Frozen has banned anyone who mentioned about the insim on his server to cover up.
