I did some practice at Rockingham lake with the mini (UF1) and 2 or 3 races against the ai. This is a very good laser scanned track and all the bumps, the kerbs are there.

With the standard FFB it's difficult to feel them. This simulation is a masterpiece but the track feels flat (perhaps it is my G27)

With the FFB enhancer that little mini come to live and the feel of the bumps and the road surface is great. All is there in a very positive way. It has his flaws and it is not parfect but I think it works.

Feeling the bumps, the tires on the road is a very realistic thing but as I said earlier, in real life, it's not through the wheel that it is communicated to the driver. We are compromising here.

Rockingham is reproduced phenominally in lfs. It is as if I was there. Thanks to Flotch again.

I am using the FFB enhancer created by juls. It has changed the feel of the cars on the track for me.

It's not perfect but with it lfs ffb is far superior to all the other sims.

I think that's because the standard ffb in lfs is already very good. It need some little tricks like this one.

When I drive my real car (and this is true of any racing car, I imagine) I don't feel anything with my wheel. It's through my body that I sense all the bumps, the vibrations ant the road surface. So I think that the right thing for us sim racers in not the ffb in our wheels. It's something like buttkicker or bass shakers.

As the majority of us don't have these, we have to compensate this with our ffb wheels (I have a G27 by the way). With the ffb in lfs, almost all the time, I can't feel those bumps or road surfaces (blackwood).

But by using Juls FFB enhancer (dinput8.dll), I can feel everything in that track (with the xrg) and the driving is much more enjoyable.

So what do you think guys about this enhancer and can the developers integrate it in lfs. Thanks.

Thanks lfsrm for the info. I think lfs is the best simulator right now. I am investing in the future. There will be a lot of updates in the coming months or years and I want to be part of it.

Even if the multiplayer is not great I can always hotlapping or racing against ai. The cars (and the physics) are fantastic.

To sermilan and UnkownMaster21: I am in single player mode most of the time racing against ai. The S1 license (and eventually S2 and S3) is for beginning my online career (I don't like demo servers) but in regard to your comments I am already scary and I am asking myself if this is not a mistake.

Sorry if this thread has made any unconvenience. I supposed things are more simple: I have the money to buy an S1 license (10 euros) but I can't. I am asking someone who can and receive some euros as a bonus.

And think about it like this guys: you are paying for lfs once. I am paying for it twice: I am paying the voucher code and I am paying for the service to have the code. I think this is the sumum of dedication to lfs.

You are wrong UnkownMaster21. Our banking system is very limited and we don't have credit-debit cards or paypal. For us buying things by internet is really hard if not impossible. I understand that my demand seems suspect but it is not.
All that I have is that Mint card for now. I intend to buy lfs progressively beginning with an S1 license.
Every time I drive my real car (a Kia Cerato) I say to myself that the only thing that is barely close is lfs.
