Edit: deggis, if no one finds any good porsche sounds, do you think I could use your FZR sounds, which I would soften slightly? (because the FZR is a race bred racing car, unlike the FZ5) In fact I still don't know if I am going to use them for the FZR yet. Can't make up my mind.

I want this pack to be as realistic as possible though, and maybe a huge V12 lambo sound is going a bit far?? I'll try it anyhow.

Ah well. The CSR sound play over the top of the LFS sounds, you just need to turn them down a bit in LFS. I recommend turning up wind and skid volumes though.

Too add noises for other cars look for soundpacks in Unofficial Addons for CSR most of them have a readme, and there are also several sound packs in this thread.

sorry m8 i have checked threw the thread and i did get a answer for my quistion about the lfs car sound but i aint haveing much luck finding "good" replacement sounds for the other cars

Ok got it to work but still not sure if it ment to be playing normal live for speed engine noise as well as CSR could somebody clear this up for me? Also how do i go about adding diff engine noises for the other cars?? And where would i put these files??? anyone with any help will be thanked greatly

Ok i got it working but there is a slight problem i would like some help with. The bf1 works but i still have the normal live for speed sounds playing and then i get the CSR sounds 2/3 seconds later. I have changed the delay to - 10 and still no change . Please could somebody give me a little help if its no trouble thanks Billeh

what version of lfs do you need to run this btw i trying it on Q and cant get it to work can somebody give me step by step instructions please as i am really thick at this sort of thing lol

Well i am on the hunt for similar looking cables so i can chop them off and send them back just have to w8 and see what i can come up with

Hi just thought i would share this with you all but i phoned logitech up today and they are sending out pedals and ........... w8 for it ............ a new wheel also . The guy said he replacing the whole lot cant argue with that. But he said i have to send the ends of the cables of the old one back??? does anyone know what will happen if i dont . I would like to make the other pedals work with new pots or something and keep the new ones for later.

Hi all does anyone have the phone number for logitech. My trusty pedals have developed the spikeying problem and i need to see if they can send out a new set befor i go opening them up . Thanks for any help guys and gals

My m8 Mx-Prawn lives just up the road from me loads of others i have had many a good race with but those are the people who spring to mind some of the R4r team also

If u decide to get a momo m8 make sure is REV 2 as they are the better ones . I have had my momo for a year now i think and there aint a thing wrong with it . I did worrie about them when i bought it as i heard alot of horror stories but mine have been tip top and i can only see the people who have problems with them being a tad ruff with them hence why they brake. The only thing that lets it down is the fact it aint got 900 deg rotation and to me i can live without that as the wheel is just shit hot .

a slurp of red bull lol maybe a ciggy if needed and the odd phone call lol on the mobile
