I was excited about watching Prometheus in IMAX 3D but I walked out near the end after I kept looking at my watch.
$17.50 for a ticket.
And had loads to drink at the bar underneath the theater which usually makes a movie better for me.

Quote from edge3147 :Open config was a nice release and great improvement, but it wasn't that major in comparison to something else they could have released. The updates have been very minimal for a long time now, we are very overdue for a big release.

Open configs and tweak have made it interesting again.

Quote from JBiturbo :Other sims do it, and they are playable. And btw, how shitty must those computer be, that in these days, couldnt run LFS with some light shaders?? If developers keep worrying about LFS running in crap computers, then they are limiting the potencial of the game and its future patchs ( if there are indeed any ). Im not saying to turn it into some kind of GT5 graphics, just saying aiming that low wouldnt be good. Night and rain should be a priority in LFS ( i mean in the long way, next to the tyre physics ).But meanwhile, this ( and heres my 2 cents about this subject ) :

There was a time where "we" could accept the developers idea of only releasing new content when the tyre phisics where ready, but i think that time is long gone. Now, i dont know if its a matter of pride, or just stuburness ( is that correctly written?? ) of the developers , but the fact remains, ppl are fed up with this impatience waiting!!! To be honest , the Scavier team should be all eyes and ears for the comunnity, because im not sure they even deserve such dedicated comunity as this one. All ppl want is new tracks and maybe one or other new car once in a while....why not give it to them just to keep them satisfied? why risk losing users with a gigantic waiting period? Im not saying to abandon tire phisics, they are more then welcome!!! but meanwhile, why not continue the development of ONE OF THE BEST SIM EVER???

What makes LFS good are the phisics, they have that already, why do they have to delay everything just to make the phisics even better??

SCAVIER, if you guys are "listening" to the comunity, just do the right thing, after all , they f***ing deserve it!!

Do you experience loading times?
BooHoo if you do.

Quote from azasmith14 : O rry, that simple? How do you propose they fix the car headlights to actually show where the driver is going? Turn the lights up?

What about in a 32 multiplayer server, trying to keep FPS at a playable level for the people with **** computers. 32 cars with their own lights being drawn on a track. The lag would drive you insane.

Oh and how do they light the track if the lights are off? Turn the lights back on again?

Thank you.

Quote from PoVo :How the hell is the "rotation speed of the hdd" slower if my Caviar Green HDD says 7,200 RPM?

Around 5400, or is that 5800. I have three 1tb Caviar Green and one 2tb Cavier green. They are perfect for external enclosures with no fans.
The last time I bought one from a store was OEM in a brown box that said 5400rpm in the cover. Intellipower.

Maybe you're just deaf?

If it is so dangerous to be on two wheels then why do it?

Quote from flymike91 :that is a ford taurus SHO. Won many awards in its day, but was killed by general lack of direction by ford.

It is back.
The Ford Taurus SHO, released in August, 2009, is the high-performance version of the Ford Taurus. The SHO is powered by Ford's new EcoBoost 3.5L V6 engine. The twin-turbocharged, gasoline direct injection power plant has 365 horsepower (272 kW) and 350 lb·ft (470 N·m) of torque. The EcoBoost V6 achieves the same fuel economy as the base 3.5L V6. The Taurus SHO base price is $37,995 which includes the EcoBoost V6, all wheel drive, upgraded 6-speed automatic transmission and numerous exterior and interior trim upgrades. A fully loaded SHO will be $45,000. There is also an available performance package on the new SHO, which deletes non-essential options such as Power Sunroof, Heated/Cooled Seats, Multi-Contour Seats, Auto-Sensing Lights and Wipers, Adaptive Cruise Control, Adjustable Pedals, Blind Spot Information System (BLIS), and Satellite Navigation and includes upgraded brake pads, a 3.16:1 final drive ratio (compared to the standard 2.77:1), recalibrated electronic power steering, further suspension tuning, a recalibrated ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with sport mode and summer compound Goodyear Eagle F1 245/45ZR20 tires.

Quote from hp999 :Watch out, we've got a 9Fagger amongst us. You might wanna shoot your hamster to put it out of it's misery. Lesson learned - don't get a fkin pet that lives for ~5 years.

Twitter and Zuckerbook is for posting useless shit that 90% of people don't care about. Besides, I for one, wouldn't let a 12 year old in my house.

Don't even mention Zucker. The spawn of idiots he has created has made it hell for enthusiats and IT guys.
If all you know about computers is facebook, then I hate you.
