Considering the RS125 is geared to do 106mph at the redline, not taking into account wind resistance, mechanical loses etc etc, then I'd say that 110mph is a "clock speed", and said clock is probably over-reading by about 20%
This is my point, its appears that the tyre model is quite simplistic, in the right combinations, its quite good, but it should be "good" across the board, the fact that certain cars and certain tyres scream "arcade" ,means, to me, that all is not as it should be, also the single seater physics are terrible in comparison to iR or even LFS.
Comfort tyres are alot of fun, and challenging too, but, and I've driven IRL on some terrible tyres, they have far less grip than they should.
The suspension model seems to give some cars issues with oversteer to, although understeer is quite well done across the board.
Don't take umbridge with the comments, like I said, its a very fun, and challenging piece of software, in the right circumstances, but there are much more realistic and complex tyre and suspension models around (the lack of tyre pressure is almost unforgivable IMO)
The special event Nascar on the ring?, I thought that was one of the easiest events so far, beat the last car by about 30secs.
I found the RX7 one a lot tougher.
People are bitching and moaning that there is no progress reports, a progress report gets posted and then gets lambasted because it doesn't contain what people want / expect it to.
And people wonder why the devs don't post progress reports.
Bottomline here guys, LFS has been this way since the year dot, and it will be for ever more, so..............
