Not that I care that much, but to be fair to others I thought of things like, if your video is a bit longer then in the end after we do the voting, for each second which is longer you take off one vote or something like that.

As I said,
We don't classify this round not very strictly.
If there some seconds over the limit, that's not really a bad thing now.

-For this very first round we make an exception.
It's okay if people posting more videos for Round 1, anyway this is "Free Theme", so everybody have some movie he made the last weeks.
-But if we have a special theme, you have to do a video about it, so the chance that you have already such a video of such a topic is quite low.

But the rule said,
Old videos (of last year/you already used) or renders aren't allowed."

But Jamodabestdood says the right thing, but that's just a exception at this 1st round.

It's kind of difficult to make the correct rules for a videocomp.
Sorry for that.

You are allowed of course,
the rule is saying, that you must not use a video which is old, means like last year, last 5 months or you used in other comp.

Some help for you:

- The beginning is way to harsh andro. You should fade from black or something. The same for the music, you could fade it in, from silent to normal volume. The Video should start not at 0/1sek, but rather at 2-3sek.
- Black crossfades must be good syncronized. Example at 0.11. The screen should only disappear to black, if the syncro with the music is perfect. The same if it appear again with to the raceclip. But you hit that very good at 0.12 and the next ones.
- If the music is lowing down, slowmotion is a good example.
- Try some faster / more camerachanges and don't use default cockpit view. I made the same mistake too. Looking badly. A example for that, is behind the driver at the backseats or views on the car, like over the spoiler/at the rear or something.

Great Musicchoice andRo, you hit it very nice.
But remember, try to cut the clips exactly with the musicbeat. If you hit that, the specatator is doing some headbanging.
And the graphics are awesome. That's what I like mostly. Great.

At First,
I just wanted to test, if anybody is able to post a video in an interval of one week and if you really do videos for such a competition.
If that not happening, we could increase that intervals.

But I think, you guys will enter that competitions good.

LFS VideoMode Competitions Main Rules [Updating]

1. Every Winner of the previous LFS VideoMode Round, is allowed to set the next realistically theme (Tracks/Cars) which every competitor have to make a movie about. Send a PM to FireMike15, and tell him your wish of the next realistically theme for this competition.
1.2 The previous winner is allowed to give the realistically length of the video.
(Each length of the video you suggest to FireMike15, is going to have a appropriate interval of days/weeks/etc. to edit this Movie for this competition which is determined by FireMike15!

2. Intros/Outros are part of a video, so they have to be IN the interval of the video length.
2.1 The Maximum-length of the video which is determined, is not to overdraw +10% at any time and any cases!

3. The Winner of the previous voting isn't allowed to take part at his own created theme.

4. STRICTLY NO VOB MODS.

5. Videos of an old time period or you already used aren't allowed.
5.1 Renders are not allowed.

6. You MUST NOT use any LFS video material that does not belong to you.
