Yeh i dont see the hype with GT4. I thought the physics where quite poor to be honest. You hit another car and you get that arcade PS1 style bounce off lol.

I know this is o/t but has anyone got any pics of the S1 FXO? Sounds funny.

So after that night my cousin took me out once a week to drive, first parking lots, then back-roads, then finally we went to an old airstrip. I forgot all my problems, my shitty mood was gone, time stood still. After driving for two months I started cutting loose (Not publicly, staying at the air-strip), whipping the back end out slightly coming out of a turn, getting on the gas right after the apex of a turn, shifting faster and downshifting properly, trail braking, I even experimented with drifting. Again, it all seemed so natural, and I was scared of myself that I knew how to do it all. This was all in a Supra, with barely any mods, and since that one night I got a real taste of cars I just can't go back to normal life. I play LFS, my cousin takes me driving, I look on the net for racing techniques to practice, and watch all the car videos I can get my hands on.

So I ask you guys, is something wrong with me? Is it a physiological thing inside of me? Or do I have O.C.D? Or am I simply a car obsessed teenager?

I completely understand where your coming from. All my life ive been an outcast, and have had a huge passion for cars. My dad bought me a car to work on, and i take it to parking lots, and sometimes up and down the road few times. It always calms me down. If im pissed off i go for a drive. Im the same age as you to (by a few months), so i know how it feels. Theres nothing wrong with you man. Whats wrong is the pupular kids that go out, get drunk, make out in the hallways and just act like total tards. Remember, everyone is different. Just go for a drive every now and then to chill out.

Pursuade your parents to buy you a cheap car like i did. They wouldnt mind hopefully. Peace.

Yes, another question from me...

I want to set the clutch so i have to do it manually. Not on auto. I set the auto clutch setting to no, and go into the game, but whenever i change gear i just get a little dash like this -. I cant drive anywhere with it.

First car, got it a couple of months ago.

Im running a Nissan 100NX. My dad and i are modding it to drift spec (Yeh yeh, its a FWD). Fun project, ive filled the conservotory and my room with car parts. Got a new set of 17" Konigs, a turbocharger (with all the stuff ya need so it dont go boom, of course), lowering springs, airfilter, battery tray. The list goes on. Ill get some pics when its finished for ya'll!

I was racing on a demo server one day, with some of my mates who havent got S2 yet. We went to this server to find a bunch of noob wanabe drifters that didnt know what a touge was. They kept wrecking us outta jelousy. I remember them having [project-d] in their names lol...

Great idea. You never know, we might produce some new LFS offspring!

When you finally get it set up, it feels great. Only criticism is that the Force Feedback is a little over powering, and makes it to hard to drive. But thats no biggie, cos i just turn it off.

Clutch is still on for some reason. Its stopping me from racing a little as im revving to much or to little. Give me a few miuites to edit this post and show ya whats happnin through a vid.

EDIT: K youtubes being gay. When i get to about 5/6 thousand RPM, it just stops revving. Then about 5 seconds later it starts again. And the clutch is constantly half way up.

When i press the clutch, it just goes up to its normal stance. Its no big deal tho, its still perfectly driveable . And as for that set, ill configure mine later for it to work.

Just driving about on CityDriving. Its like learning to drive on LFS all over again lol.

Now, the clutch is constantly half way down according to the little bars, and im not getting enough speed from it. any help? Thanks a lot you guyz, youve really helped me out. 100 cool points each .

Set it up with those configs.... Still dead.

I dont know how to set it to 900 on the profiler. In control panel> game controllers etc ive set it to 900.

Yeh it stops at 180 when i spin it. It can be moved further, but its really hard and the PC doesnt recognise it anyway. It does it in the setup with the little round wheel. It only spins 90 degree each way. And in LFS to, the driver throws the wheel all the way round from 180, thud impossible to control. It doesnt actually spin in LFS now tho. I turn the wheel and the driver does nothing.

Yeh the bars and that for the accelerator all go up and down fine. Im only getting 180 degree rotation which is retarded, as ive set it to 720.

Im in desperation now. 2 days and my G25 still isnt working. Please, can someone tell me how to set it up and configure it correctly so its ready to run on LFS.

didnt work out the box. Been sitting here for 2 days now trying to fix the bloody thing. Thinking of selling it.

OK i sorta fixed it. It needed a new powerpack. So i bought one, now the wheel has FF and stuff.

But my brakes and stuff have gone really wierd. the wheel works, but is only running at 180 degrees and no further. Any help guyz?

Can any of you send me your profiler sets for LFS on thr G25? Mine isnt working. Cheers
