Dell Vostro 1500
T7250-8600M GT-2gb ram-160gb HDD.A really nice system which keeps my fps well above 130 everytime.HL in westhill takes it uo to a massive 200fps
Just tried to activate AA in LFS on my 8600M GT by Nvidia control panel. When i run lfs it just isnt effective. No antialias at all.Driver used 174.60 modded...any suggestion?
If he just wants to have a little upgrade, even a mid-range VGA would help him.Doesn't need to have a 8800 GT because cpu would be a big bottleneck and surely the PSU cant hold it(remember that big producers just want to impress you with ram and cpu, while putting a crap mobo and psu).So i guess even a 7600GT is good because really there's no need to spend money on an old system...
Thank mate,im gonna use my notebook and hopefully LFS while at unyversity (hope their wireless net really works) then back to home at weekend and plug it on my 17" lcd.Much better...
Yes there can be only user connected online, but i think this restriction doesn't apply while LANning. But maybe im wrong.More important, sure about the fact that i can use the same code for both desktop and notebook?
I've just bought a notebook. Now the fact is that LFS is unlocked on this pc with a certain code...now when im going to use the notebook, can i use the same code or i just have to make another one using an activation?Im not gonna use them at the same time online(maybe some lan games with my bro)...
I found a decent note for 799€.But my question again is...anyone who has a 8600M GS in his note, can please tell me the average frame rate.I tryed the 7600GT and it was brilliant, far above 60 fps...
Yeah i want to run CAD apps. But not that massively.I want to stay on an ordinary VGA that can give me a bit of margin even if lfs improved on the visual side.
You are on something very strong,i mean...all of you...im sure Scawen would be pleased to tear your licenses apart because clearly none of you has the mental requirements to continue in that, not anymore...
