You should really focus on being a dedicated S2 Team. I think you guys really need to work on things, make things look more professional because at the moment, It does look like quiet a shambles. The site needs some work, It's all over the place at the moment. I need to rework a new skin for your guys etc. I'd suggest maybe working on a team movie aswell.

20 Members is wayyy to much. I'd suggest cutting down your roster too a max of 10.

I've been searching for a server lad so nothing has been going until i can manage to find one, i started on a video but yeah lol

My old man gets around a daewoo matiz and my mum drives a lift kitted nissan patrol, 35" tyres and shit. She also owns a V8 Turbo VK Commodore.

I suggest going G25 to start off with. I regretted buying a cheaper wheel then having to wait to save up and get the G25. Much better build quality and it's an excellent wheel. 
I'd maybe say throw in an engine light in the dash but thats it. I can't say having a damage meter is really needed :S
