Quote from Shotglass :because obviously one single guy who believes in hocus pocus who also happened to be successful invalidates the simple truth that horoscopes are a complete waste of perfectly good paper

Im not stating I personally believe in astrology, but a lot of people in big bussines do!
Britain's biggest banks use astrology to play the markets

I feel pretty confident that Schumacher will prove he still has it.
Rosberg will become 2nd driver for Mercedes, I have no doubts about it, and I like it..

Quote from Shotglass :no you only get those stupid enough to believe in astrology

"Millionaires don't use Astrology, billionaires do!" Quote by J.P. Morgan..

So that guy must have been very stupid according to Your logic?

But I like how these racing discussions always turn into anything but racing discussions. Instead they always end up with a bunch of people flaming each other.. Stay on topic please..

Were this guy not just other day posting something about FM admins banning him, and now today posting something about IHR admins banning him? Or is my washed memory still pretty washed up?

Here is a perfect example of why I havent been racing since november.
All day long You can fight and argue with people about whatever, and as an admin is really isnt fun at all. I could ban people every day for wreckless driving, careless behaviour etc, but believe You me, it isnt any fun. I feel pretty confident speaking for the majority of admins on any server, that they indeed do not wish that they have to kick/ban/argue and so on with people all day.

But sure admins can make some bad calls now and then out of frustration and so fourth..

Quote from gezmoor :
I'm not so sure that Schumi himself is the best judge of whether he is capable of a competitive return. Sure, he knows what's needed, no doubts about that. But is he capable of being ruthlesly honest with himself about whether he has it. There is always going to be an element of Ego and self-delusion in such circumstances. Humans aren't too good at honest self appraisal, even when they have every conscious intention of doing so.

Anyway, only time will tell. One thing is certain, 2010 is going to be an interesting season.

Very good point You make here..
However judging by his 2nd place position in the Race Of Champions, he seemed to be very competitive. But like You say, 2010 is going to be an interesting season.

Quote from gezmoor :Assuming of course that Michael still has the "touch". He's been out of the sport for quite a while and reaction times etc do slow down as you get older.

Personally, I'm not so sure this is a good move for him. Think he may well not be very competitive. It's not as if he has anything to prove anyway. It's all got too much of the feeling of a "past it" boxer trying to revive his former glory by getting in to the ring that one to many times.

I understand where You are coming from, however I strongly believe that the Rain Master will provide wins for Mercedes. He is not making his comeback because he hopes he can provide average results, he is back because he knows he can still win races. I feel pretty strongly that he indeed will provide top results (well I am really hoping though).

Its more like 2012 is the end of a 26000 year cycle of the zodiac, and earth will be aligned with the center of the milky way.. I dont believe its the end of anything. We are currently in the piecian age, and this will end 21-12-2012, then we enter the aquarian age.

real vs rfactor similar cams. That makes it a better base for comparison! Excuse the low framerate and sound that beats the laptime by about 5 seconds.. :S

No tricks or syncing though, just started the video and replay at the same time and then captured the screen at a crappy framerate! I also tried to use Ati control center to change the saturation of rFactor but that didn't seem to work.

Omg couldnt stand watching more than 5 seconds of that, the driver in rfactor isnt moving his arms, words couldnt describe how completely awful that looks!

Truly an amazing race, and yes Button proved today that he deserves the title no doubt, allthough he did get lucky on the very 1st lap with all the crashes etc.
Hm am I The only one who is a bit pissed off at Webber?? I mean his move on Raikkonen was really dirty, I thought he deserved a DT for changing his line twice and forcing Kimi off the road!

Kobayashi drove like a real racer unlike Grosjean, what a scared little boy, everybody passed him lol..

Back and once again cheering for Mclaren if Kimi joins next year! Kimi had some of the best racing when he drove the Mclaren, but was always unlucky due to equipment failure etc. Really hope hes going to replace Heikki, Heikki should go back and race formula Ford where he belongs!

As for Alonso joining Ferrari baah, Massa is no. 1 in that team next year if he recovers fully..

Err Button only has a lead of 15 points to Barrichello, so nothing is over yet with 3 races to go! Hoping for Barrichello.

Wasn´t a boring race at all, some of You guys are just plain ignorant concerning whats boring and whats not!
I was quite entertained through out the whole race, its a city track with less chances of overtaking, go watch Nascar instead of crying!
