nice, i made similiar photos on stairs with another band few weeks ago, almost same lighting and almost same results - guys standing back up ended with almost white, tiny faces :-)

imho people should be allowed to hide their face if they want to; in my country there's law which forbids face hiding during public meetings, protests,... in order to deanonymize possible criminals
what is france trying to do is protecting their country and culture and i agree with them but there has to be another way; for example i would do it like in switzerland - forbid or significantly reduce building of minarets, again its only protecting our own, not attacking anyone else...its same like the christ cross thing in schools, or pupil who demanded taking his "holy dagger" to school...

most of old rangefinders (before electronic photo era) had exposuremeters where you only could see "amount of light" in an area...you had to perform couple of calculations depending on what ISO film you had, what aperture you wanted to use and "how much" light there was; i own a FED5 camera with industar 55/2,8 lens and it makes wonderful photos
modern cameras have just the light meter; camera makes this calculations automatically...
dslrs also have this light meters - most of light bounces from a mirror into viewfinder, but some get across it in order to calculate amount of light and perform autofocus

it depends on game...
my true gaming era ended arond 5 years ago...since then im able to find only a very few games that really impress me (half life series, portal, mass effect,...)
in that time, i played baldurs gate and fallout 1 & 2 (3 sucks hard) a lot and those were games i played maybe 5 times in a row! i tried to know every detail, do all quests, properly finish each dungeon.
in all games i play i want to know the plot, when plot is shitty, my interest in game falls down...games like cod:mw or bf were just ...play, click, save, load, kill, ok uninstall
if i want some psycho action, i install unreal tournament and play online
operation flashpoint 1 was amazing tactical wargame, where you had to think a lot what to do; i also tried dragon rising but it was just BORING
i dont like how games try to look awesome, but thats all, i love games where im part of good, original story (except the portal of course)

just came from cinema - watched inception...something i would recommend too :-) matrix-like film, not sure how to rate, 8 or 9?
same thing goes with film Liberation/The Great Battle/english transcript "Osvobozhdenie", what is the greatest war film youll ever see (battle for berlin http://www.youtube.com/watch?v ... Hjs-I&feature=related ); its a soviet film and the problem is, that it was shot after ww2 during the cold war, all 5 parts are stunning, BUT the storyline is a BIT pro-soviet = battles, where soviets lost during ww2 are shot like no-one wins, or without end...but that doesn't mean that this film sucks, its 10/10 for me
using IE on the internet is like racing with XRT on GTR server...you can drift with it though...and slow down everyone else...when you fail where others dont...
I'm sorry then, i'm not scottish as you can see, after i saw it i just checked some info on wiki, but didn't study it deeply...but i was rating a film, regardless of reality...
if i would known the true story and then saw the film, maybe i would rate differently, but now i feel it that way...
life of brian was amazing film, but most situations are the "british humour", that i hear but not laugh

book of eli, repo men, clash of titans, last of the mohicans, braveheart, life of brian
clash of titans was ...just... 4/10 if you're 14 and bored at home, take your friends to cinema and probably youll like it
