Hello,
Team 6th Gear Racing is going to host a Karting Cup, within of 6 Races on Autocross Kart-Layouts.

The Races will be on Saturday evenings every 2 Weeks.
It´ll give a Driver and Team-Champion.

Rules:

- No hitting and pushing
- No shortcut
- Respect Blue Flags
- Follow the Pitlane speedlimit ( every PitStop will be proofed on the right speed )
- Don´t overdrive the Pitexit line
- Resetting is only allowed in the Pitlane
- Type "help" if you´re stuck and wait for a Tow

Informations:

- 14 drivers will be accepted ( if the list of drivers is full, please just sign up, you´ll be put on the reserve list )
- 2 Tows will be accepted
- Races are about 20-30 mins long
- Qualy is 20 mins long
- Race will be restarted if 5 or more drivers crashed in the first lap
- The Races are on Saturday evenings
- To learn the tracks: The server will be on every day!

Welcome to the "Last Man Standing" Event planned by Team 6th Gear Racing.

This Event is about "shutting down" your opponents; you do this with driving maneuvers like the PIT maneuver.
A huge load of fun is guaranteed!
The last man driving wins.


Server Information:

Track Informationen:
- AU Layout, the length of one lap is about between 49 and 50 Seconds
- Stockcar-firendly because of the usage of "AD-banners" and Bales
- The rights of this track are owned by Thorsten Ulrich and Nicholas Wrage

Event Infos:
18. February 2011 (All Times are GMT+1)
- 20.00 : Connecting and free practice
- 20.30 : Break until 20.40 - driving is allowed
- 20.40 : Qualification-Race ( 5 Laps ); the driver with the fastest lap will qualify for the last position
The following positions are also declared by the best times of the drivers ( also reversed ) ( nocrashing allowed )
- ~20.50 : Break until 21.00
- 21.00 : Start of the Last Man Standing Main-Race; the race will continue until only one driver is left; if that does not happen,
the race will end after 120 laps and the ranking will be as usually ( so bring a lot of time )
The results will be posted here by the next evening



Last Man Standing Race procedure:
- there will be a rolling start (= formation lap)
- the start speed will be declared by the leader after the last corner
- the field will merge into rows of 2
- overtaking, pushing, spinning etc. is IN NO WAY ALLOWED in the formation lap
- if a driver spins in the formation lap, he is allowed to go back to his position



Event-rules:

you are allowed to...:
- slightly touch and push others
- spin others

you are NOT allowed to...:
- run into braking/turning cars without slowing down
- force/lean other cars into the wall
- use Shift + P ( no re-joining allowed )
- shortcut
- drive the wrong way
- stop / hide from others (pretending you are out) !! ( if you are caught, there will be a disqualification )

you are out, if you...:
- are on your roof or side
- are unable to move because of body and suspension damage
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can still wait for someone to hit you back into a driveable situation!

vehicles:
- XRT
- FZ5 with 21% Air Intake Restriction

In-Game Name Format:
Number in light blue, anything else in white: 55 - Chrono ( example )
20 - Camaro ( example )


Skins:
- your number has to be clearly visible on the ROOF of the car
- the rest is your choice



applications are accepted until 24 hours before the event.
Maximum is 16 drivers. if more than 16 apply, please still come to the server and act as a reserve driver!
