aand...
- IMO that slowmotion part doesn't fit with the music together, that music screams for some more action scenes
- I don't like onboard views from online replays (especially where is good view to wheel), coz it looks a bit weird, seeing the lags inside the car...
BTW that video makes me wanna drift with you guys (well even if you don't know me, but it doesn't matter anyway... ).
you see a car behind you in the mirror, but you're trying to tap the buttons (just like on DFP) to get an extra mirror view and better see how close your "opponents" are.
I saw LFS at some games dvd (released by gamestar or some sort of gamers' mag), it was on november 2003 i think, but when i saw live for speed, i thought it's just some shitty imitation of NFS which i was playing (i was 13 years old brainless). Then on 6th February 2006 i downloaded LFS, just for try. I had a crappy wheel (Trust NF340 Race Master), but i tested lfs with that wheel and got really impressed. I started drifting then, but with mouse because my wheel broke. I was playing it about one year on demo, on 6th of april 2007 i bought DFP (finally) and few days after (18th of april 2007) i bought an S2. So i play for over 2 years now.
I don't use any anti-virus sw, just Ad-Aware, i was bored of searching some medicine for NOD32, which is imo the best anti-virus sw. But if my system seems infected, i just format C: and install new win.
Some time ago i tried simmiliar test, on first attempt i did cca 6 seconds and i was trying it again & again till i didn't hit under 3 seconds. So after few attempts i am able to do it in over 2 seconds.
Uhm so many hungarians here, my grandma and grandpa were hungarians, now i am pure slovak (otherwise i live 35KMs north of Hungary) and i can hardly say cca 10 words in hungarian language.
Music doesn't match speed of the video, it's really boring to see two XRTs drifting around FE3R, in the slowmotion. And i don't think this can be called twin drifting, i just saw one or two twins there. So keep working on twins and video making.
Some advices:
- less FOV, this looks very unrealistic
- less slowmotions
- choose music which will match speed of the video, if you're doing slowmotions
- disable MPR chat & system messages
- try to do video which i won't fall asleep while watching it
Yeah, quite nice video, normally i don't like this kind of music, but in this video it shows very well, some sort of exhibition video or how can i say it.
BTW Spanish players have talent for making videos.
Well maybe, but we all know that this improvement is much easier to do, than the whole new track, and this amount of +1s above is arguing it. I like many tracks and their variations and this could be one of my favourites for sure.
I see you tryed FE3R with XRT and an FZ5 (so probably you meant this as a popular drift track), it's good to learn drifting, coz of chicanes, long corners, short corners and anything... So don't blame it, while you can't manage it.
