This car is still unknown in the rFactor community. I tried it on rF, it sucked really bad and I deleted it. Besides I don't think anybody trusts anything this Gisul guy puts out. Everything he does is ripped from someone else. Not to mention everything he does is terrible. Usually his threads are lock at RSC.
Couldn't you just open Windows Explorer go to Tools>Folder Options>Flie Types and create a new file extension associated with LFS? It wouldn't play the file but it should just open LFS for you. Just a thought.
No, I'm not in the wrong forum "mate". I know exactly where I'm at. He made a blanket statement that the Meganes were "awful". I am visually showing that they are not "awful" and they drive wonderful.
I am also not comparing the two sims, as that is pointless. I have both. I enjoy both, period.
rFactor runs sweet on my machine. I didn't have to re-configure anything, and what your talking about above is "Frames Rendered Ahead" which by default Nvidia sets to 3 but can cause stutters in some applications, so Nvidia advises setting this to 2 or even 0. This can be set by installing and running Coolbits, which is a little app that lets you OC your Nvidia card. As for rFactor, it took me away from LFS. I got tired of low speed corner spinning that LFS was known for. Although I will say this, after patch U, I have NOT experienced it and have been running LFS a little more, but I'm stuck on the McLarens in rFactor.
Anybody else notice this? When joining a single player race, after the race has begun but NOT finished yet. When I press "End Race" and go back to the setup menu, then go into the garage the message "race ends:1" appears in the garage screen. It doesn't happen while the race is running and I go to the pits. Only when ending a race. I just noticed this yesterday.
I don't get a 15 second stutter, what I am saying is that about every 15 or so seconds the replay stops or jerks for a brief moment and continues. I'm not talking about the other cars on the track because I know their connection speeds have someting to do with it, but my car will stutter or jerk for a second. It doesn't do this on the single replay mode.
BTW, this happens on 1x speed, I haven't tried it on fast forward.
Is it just me? or do the multiplayer replays stutter. The single player replays run fluid, but the multiplayer stutters every 15 secs or so. Not that it's a big deal, just wondered if anyone else notices this?
