Hi,

I just bought brand new G27 and drove 5 races with it. Suddently, I couldn't change to second gear (with H-shifter). I though my logitech profiler is just again messing around with me and tried to reboot it, no help at all.

Now when I try to change gears, half of them work. And gears are TOTALLY wrong. Example when I change to sixth gear, driver tells it's second gear. And 4. gear is 2. gear. First gear doesn't work. Totally messed up.

I tried to reinstall drivers, logitech profiler, changed USB-ports, tried to connect all cables again to G27, nothing works.

Computer is also brand new with huge amount powersupply so it's not due lack of power in USB (hehe). And steeringwheel did work completely perfect in first 5 races.

Anyone else got this same problem? Thanks for advice.

This is totally offtopic, I just need to say this: I'm not really familiar with this forum, but, I 5lapsadmin made interesting topic, but it seems like other racers are acting like as****.

It's really sad that LFS is totally dead. Theres only 1-2 "big" public servers in server list. Honestly, I love this game. Enough good graphics without stupid effects, excellent handling and driving feeling.

But I can't really recommend this game for anyone, this is so dead that they would get bored to death. I would like to see S3, but I'm realistic, so.. Happy xmas to everyone.

Did you read what I said? I want lights and horn on same button. I think it doesnt work by remapping buttons from LFS's SEttings-menu.

at first, I dont really know should I post script-things in here or to programmers-side, so please move this thread if its on wrong place.

Anyway, I have a problem with horn-binding.
I really would want to use button on my steeringwheel for switching car lights on, _and_ using horn at the same time.

It works when I bind "button 1", and create script file which handles that.
Like this script file works:


But it doesnt work like this when "B" is binded to horn:


Even I put "/key B horn" before those press-commands, it still doesnt work.
Any advice?


And another thing:

Is it impossible to put like, "/press 3" for 5 times in scriptfile? Like, car would switch lights on and off 5 times. I tried it, but it only switch lights on for once.

I couldn't find any results for this case, so I made new thread.

Case:

I got two TFT-screens, I can use those in LFS and get huge view on game, but, I dont want it.
I would want screen number #1 to show normal view of car interior, dashboard etc, and screen number #2 to show rear view.

Like, second screen would be just one big rear mirror.

Is it possible to do this example, from configurefiles or somewhere?
