I'm driving an Alfa Romeo 33S 1.7 16V and I love it

I changed almost nothing on it, just added a sport air intake and a better sound system.

Top speed on this page says about 206 km/h, I got in Germany 225 on the speedo which is probably pretty inaccurate.

This evening on "Arte" is a nice documentary about Porsche including the movie "Le Mans" with Steve McQueen (movie starts at 20:40) continuing with "100 Porsches and me" (documentary part, starts at 22:30).

Haven't seen both yet but seems to look interesting =)

I'm playing for some time with the Thrustmaster 360 Modena Pro and today I realized that I could activate Force Feedback =)
But nothing happened.
I activated in the steering configuration "Force Feedback" and set it for testing to 100% and 200% but none FF...
Do I have to activate FF in windows first or does my wheel not support FF (didn't find anything pro or contra on the manuf. page)?

P 4 2.8 Ghz
ATI Radeon 9600 Pro
1 GB Dual DDR-Ram
and works pretty well (since the "V" patch I have almost twice FPS as before)

But I agree that the last season was boring and this season won't really be better, but tell me a car race where private teams really have a chance? In any touring or formula championship they don't and in the whole history of rally there were always the werk teams who were succesfull.
- The actual rally stages are mostly over 10 kms (up to 25 as far as I've seen it last season).
- Safari Rally would be really great but then the private team would have even less chances and there is also the expensive shipping out of Europe (reason why some privaters don't drive in Japan, Australia and NZ).
I'm really interested how you would change the WRC to make it more interessting: Add some weight to the leader (like in som Touring Cars)?
