I thought we were told, It would have been too difficult to drive, and now we have a competitor for XFR.
But then again, why couldn't we have both LX8 and UFR? After all, more cars is more cars.
I guess many ppl will hate me after this, but I'm used to it.
So, it seems that almost every texture in LFS can be edited/replaced, so I was wondering if it was possible for me to get the Aston kerbs in red/white? I really would like them more if they looked like the ones in Spa, Monza or in many other famous tracks.
I can't edit DDS, and to be honest I wouldn't even know what to do with them (I suck in picture-editing).
I'd appreciate if someone could answer we, instead of flaming.
Thanks.
Well that was Scawens "progress report". I'd like to know what Eric's been up to, or what Victor has been doing (besides trying to keep forums free from trolls).
But anyways, nice to know that tyre-physics are next in line.
I bought myself Xbox 360... The thing is that I preordered it last summer, and I'm still waiting it. The store I ordered it from said they'll send me one as soon as they get more from importer. Hoping to get it during this week.
Also few games for it.
Yes, I'm also afraid it will be Aston. But the reason I'm kinda believeing it could be Westhill is because of the track coming from the infield (look the pic). And also, the We Nat would be very, very good thing to have because now WE is probably the least used environment.
And in Kyoto we could have that 13-something kilometer config with not that much of work.
I think during next 2 months.
I guess there will be many (physic) bugs fixed, and maybe some new features too. I don't think we'll get new cars/tracks sooner than S2 Final, and even then I only think we'll get some new configurations.
FOX - BL1 (rev too), SO Town & Long rev, AS National, KY National, WE rev
XFR - BL1, SO Town rev, AS National, AS Club
GTR's - KY GP, SO Long, WE, BL
UF1 - Anything short. Banger racing is fun too.
Super Mario:
I guess I don't need to explain this. It's still one of the best games in my shelf.
Slicks'n'Slide:
Classic arcade-game. Pure fun. GeneRally reminds this a lot.
The Legend of Zelda: A link to the past:
Blew my mind. At the time, it was the only game with wizards and fairies and magic that I enjoyed. And I still would, but it's nowadays broken
Super Mario World:
The only game I really miss. It was so great... I loved every single level in it.
NHL 93:
The first icehockey-game I got my hands on (excluding Blades of Steel). Was great fun playing against someone.
NHL 98:
Aah the times back then. Me and my friend playing this til late in the night, with only 2 teams. Me with Colorado Avalanche and he with Detroit Red Wings.
Call of Duty:
Changed my mind about first person shooters. I got really hooked on multiplayer, and CoD UO is still the best WW II games I know.
GeneRally:
I allways wanted to create tracks, and now I could. Made quite a few of them. And playing GR was incredible fun too (It still is, btw)
Live for Speed:
First sim that really felt good. I don't think any other sim will ever feel so good than this. I'm loving it.
Exactly. Instead of "when", I'd like to know "What". New configs ( WE National anyone?)? More details on cars & tracks? Damage modeling (different from what we have now)? Engine heat? etc etc...
