Just had a look at the LFS page on battlelog and it doesn't seem that there are many high ranking people, seen about 2 people above rank 30 and the rest around rank 25 or below.

We are planning to give those who take part in the open beta 18 months of online access with that purchase rather than the 12 months which will come with purchase after the open beta.
