Re- downloading and overwriting didn`t help

With full grid (1080*760, all settings minimum) I have 8-10 FPS. But during the race about 20-40.

Nice toy U got nutty. I`ve got Logitech too (Formula GP Force Feedback). Hope to meet U online

Turning wheel very little and car turns a lot and FF doesn`t work but it`s enabled.

This doesn`t helped. The installing seems to end successfully, but theres no wheel found . I thought I reinstall windows, but...I don`t know how

During the installation of software which I found from internet, I have several errors.

Today I bought ATI Radeon 9600 Pro and I expected to get more fps than with nVidia GeForce FX 5200 there weren`t no change. Can somebody give me links or smth to get the newest and the best drivers. I`m a real noob.

I only have 45 fps on clear track and 11 fps with full grid
