I believe it's a bunch of different variables, but servers being the top reason. When i bought s2, CTRA was in full swing. Bump and Jump was a cool down period for us hardcore GTR / STD / TBO frequenters and we had several drift servers rotating tracks, each with either all learners or really good tandem drifters.
Ever since CTRA dissolved, i want to say lfs took a great decline with updates doing the same around the same time creating no aid what so ever. Bring back servers like noobs sumo, banger racing, and soccer and lfs will see a good incline as these servers offer a experience that you can't duplicate.
Have a dedicated night of racing for each class and keep the server open that way when people see it halfway full, they'll join and before you know it, it'll stay full like cg throughout the week.

Gun disassembly 2 is loads fun. Just discovered it today and it allows to to shoot, dissemble, and assemble again while timing you against other players via leaderboard. Has A crapload of guns ranging from deagles to sig sauer sniper rifles.
Ive upgraded all vehicles and unlocked all maps on hill climb racing and yeah it does get boring and unplayable afterwards. Music Hero is by far one of the best apps out and once the dev fixes the "user songs" feature to better pick up notes, it'll have potential to be top on the list of apps for 2013.

It almost sounds like your saying it's bad to have a car that's "too" functional. Besides im sure r32's are as common as 240sx's here than they are in japan and Australia.

I agree with redman to an extent. However, i use virtualr for mod and game progress news. Bsimracing manages to do the same but come through with obscure mods that are excellent but not in the spotlight.

Well when you think of FIA, you see caviar and ferraris rather than shirtless sunburned aussies and thundering v8 muscle saloons
