Spent pretty much all morning on the track.

Some good things:

Guys who brake too late, hit you off the track, realise what they've done, and pull over to give your position back. I didn't expect that, very welcome suprise

Guys running consistanly 10 seconds faster than you sharing setups. Another thing I don't see very often

Dropping 7 or so seconds off my lap times

The bad:

N00bs. The kind that try to pull in front of you before they're past and spin themselves into the dirt. After that they get all pissy and ram you on the next chance they get.

N00bs that just ram you for the hell of it.

When you're in the lead and lap the guy in last, he gets all pissy and rams you.

When you've led most of the race, you're halfway through the last lap, and all the little noobers get the race restarted because they're not gonna win. That one pissed my off the most, mainly because it's rare that I'm leading.

I know the feeling.

I'm usually drifting, but I'm geting into the racing side as well. When I switched from a drift to a proper race server and no setup I was kinda nervous. Just practice

This year there was a program at school that got you up on the high ropes course. Up there I basically told my self "You're in a harness, even if you do fall it's not gonna metter"

Just remember it's a game. So you screw up, what's the worst that can happen?

Don't worry about the roof stuff, just the black-silver gradient and the graphics on the sides. If you could incorperate "RPM Racing" somewhere in the design that'd be awsome.

Also, would it be possible for a Silvia S15 nose to work its way on?

Probably a big request, but my attempt failed miserably so I'm hoping someone with more experience can help

I dunno how pricing compares on the other side of the pond, but used ones can be found relatively cheap and in good shape. Plus tehy're great cars!

The ole Scandinavian Flick serves me well. Downshift, steer, and stomp on it.

Also I'll do the clutch kick if I want more angle, sometimes to initiate.

I recently resprayed my car in green and my driving has never been better!

Also in real life when I'm driving my parents' green car, my driving is better than either the red or blue ones

I dunno how much of a noob to the game I am. Been playing off-and-on for, umm.. a long time. For simplicity I'll call it a year. Not all that old, or that good, but hey it's a game.

I joined the forums months ago and made a whopping post. Never came back until a couple days ago when I came to adverstise my new team in need of members: RPM Racing.

Whenever I rearend someone, it's me apologising. I conisder it my fault if I'm following too closely to change my course and avoid collision.

After all, don't insurance companies do the same?

Quick question here. Would it be possible for me to replace the in-game BOV with something louder and better? If I were to do it, would it work online?

Overrated as summer may be, I'm still at the age where I do a couple hours of stuff for the parents, play some LFs, and sit in the pool. I'm home alone all day, too, so I can pretty much do whatever.

Hey guys and gals!

A friend and I have gotten together to launch our new club for Live For SpeedWe're called RPM Racing, in case you hadn't gathered.
At the moment, we're in the most basic stages of development. We have two members, the two leaders, and a forum. And a name..

As it stands now, we're just a drifting team. However, depending on how this develops, we'll move into racing as well.
To be in, all you need is a copy of *LFS and have a PC. Preferably with an internet connection. After that it's a simple matter of joining our board and having fun! I should mention that the forum is still under contstruction as of yet.

Any questions/comments?

*Both of us only have S2 Alpha so at the moments it's just demo servers for us.

Newsflash: every tire you purchase has met minimum federal standards for performance in the rain, amongst other requirements. Newsflash2: performance cat-back exhausts don't effect emissions. Headers and the like that haven't been certified by the manufacturer are already challenged in many places, and illegal for road use everywhere.

Whilst my information may not be exactly accurate, you get the point I was trying to make. One thing leads to another and soon you can't do squat.

As much as I hate spinners, I disagree with this law.

Think about it, if this goes through then what comes next? Ban performance exausts for pollution? Performance tires for their tendancy to drone and not work in the rain? Ban repainting your car as it might be a distraction to other drivers?
