Quick question here. Would it be possible for me to replace the in-game BOV with something louder and better? If I were to do it, would it work online?

A sound question.
Shift A allows you to play with the sounds but no it will not effect how you sound to others online.
The game is getting better and better, and for me it is the best racing all time.
But the sound of the F1....
Esspecially the sound if you watch the race, for example in Oval.
That is a desaster. I watched a lot F1 races in real live and that is a complete different sound.
Hope there will be improvements in the future.

Indeed, XRT is what that was supposed to say.
20 000 rpm V8 is probably the hardest one the make sound right and I'm afraight DaveWS has done everything possible what's currently possible with the sound engine.
Then again FO8 with V8 also is one of the best sounding cars... sounds actually pretty close what I hear in ChampCar onboards.
I hope you know the difference between how the sound is produced in LFS and in other games (excluding netKar pro)
