Icontweaker or Iconpackager....Icontweaker is free, and doesn't cause problems. (Iconpackager has a nasty habit of overwriting a system file, not sure if they fixed it, and its not free.)

90% correct (due to the lack of details) replica of the Team Takeuchi Lexus IS350 that is going to be racing in the GT300 class this year from Round 2. The moment I get more details I'll make a better version.
Interesting fact: The IS350 in its GT300 incarnation will be powered by the same RV8J 3.0 liter V8 engine that Toyota supplies to Formula Nippon.
