That's natural, since nearly all codes point out to several possible targets. In my opinion, those codes are good for diagnostics and evaluating possible problem areas. While my knowledge of latest machines is very limited, I still don't think there will be a ecu capable to pinpoint failure (or even fix it real-time) in near future.
That's the price we have to pay for new (and usually better) technology
Sure it does. I don't see your equipment too slow to run it.. though I can't tell you how to get higher framerate. Have you tried to reduce user, dust and mirror LOD and removed shadows and so on ?
I usually play GPL when taking a break from LFS. If you haven't heard about, download the vid below. It's FienDi taking 1 lap in Monaco with 1969 Ferrari.
Btw, is it possible to drive a lap in Nürburgring without spinning?
Please don't give me that.. I didn't watch the replays from yesterday and from AS1R to win a price, but to be certain that your complaint has been dealt as it's supposed to. As a matter of fact, there's no decision to your latest complaint yet.
I didn't accuse you - just tried to point out that we all make mistakes. You took your chance and failed, that happens to all of us - for example me in that very same corner. According to your previous messages, we both should be penalized for what we did - if I understood correctly?
It's a lousy explanation to blaim our system and ground your move(s) by that. I hope you can rethink that sentence.
Well, the rules recommend to spectate if you are in or near the driving line. Also, I have to say you (or Blackened) didn't cause any problems/disturbance for me.
We do not let people "get away" with hitting other cars off the track. If you have understood so, please read the decision(s) and the rules again for you've obviously misunderstood something.
I did re-review the both accidents and in my point of view they are no different than the one that occured in FE5 event between you and [DB] Pedro Nunes in pool2 race on lap 13. I don't think it was your intention to spin his car? Accident like these are unfortunately part of racing, we can not stop it - neither can we penalize every shunt & bump. Or maybe we can, but it would be pointless.
Okay, let's say one week in advance, that would put the hotlap deadline into next saturday. This would cut off 6 days from time racers have to make their hotlap. I don't know about the others, but for me that would be an issue.
In the other hand - in the old days the subscription deadline to each event (yes, OLFSL had different system on those days) was thursday before the raceday. And the races took place on Satruday. Then when we asked our races if they would like to have an earlier deadline they replied that it would be too early to say if they have time on raceday. Something unexpected might come up, etc.
So this current system is a compromise. Also, usually you receive the grid on friday - this week was just a exeption to that rule.
