No, its not because i'm in a GTR car. It was literally just working again this morning and when i was playing 5 minutes ago for half an hour. Then it mysteriously stopped recognizing first gear in LFS, yet it still works in the game controllers menu. Anyone know whats causing this?

I checked everything under the control settings. When i click first gear and push first gear on the stick it doesn't set it. The reason i think its not the wheel though, is that when i put it in first in the game controllers menu, it recognizes first gear.

Yes, it does recognize the other six gears, and i am using the clutch properly.

Just got a g25 today. For some reason in LFS it wont recognize first gear. If i go into game controllers, all seven gears work, but once i'm in LFS it just wont recognize first gear. Help please?

Nice job. Good idea for an introduction. Few mistakes, such as at 1:00. The camera blur effect glitches the border. Also, the lens flare effect afterwards is pretty cheesy. I'll be waiting for the full thing.

It came with an instruction manual didn't? Plug the pedals into the wheel, the wheel into the computer, then plug in the power supply. Then download the proper drivers from the Fanatec site.

I think this cruising (BS) should be taken to a game like GTA 4. I think you will find it much more suitable.
