I downloaded all the WR setups and they appear like as1_jed9 and as2_, as3_ etc or something like that, how am i suppose to know which as to use on which track?
After reading a few threads seems most people talk of 30-40 FPS (if FPS is the number in the top left corner), online racing with many cars a rarely go below 90, does this mean i have good spec PC or am i playing it at its lowest settings?
PC spec:
AMD athlon 3000+ 64
1gb ram
200gb HD
ATI radeon 9800 PRO
think thats all the important things?
I have a program that you can review your replays and see why the guy beat you where u changed gear, and where he did etc, but it says LFS replays are RAF files but they are MPR or SPR are they not?
i use to use a ladder that after each battle (ghost recon) the winner would enter how many kills per player, what maps they played and the losing team would have 2 days to confirm? so admins had little to do with keeping it organised
Cant understand LFS, shouldn't there be some kind of licenses to make the game rewarding? or is it basically just trying to get fastest lap times?
I just think there should be some sort of structure, like you have to earn credits to afford to take a license and if you pass, you open the next level cars.. i dont know, just can see it gettin a little boring as it is.
should this be in suggestions section?
P.S what the hell are credits for anyway?
(better make this clear im not flaming the game at all, i think its amazingly realistic and its the best racing game ive played, i was just wondering)
I made a quick skin, litterally got a template and did sum writing (to see how it works), i put it into the skins folder went to my car in game, and selcted it in the "texture" whati cant understand is, the writing changed colour with the colour i selected for my car? if i make a skin do i have to make everything from car colours to writing as i want it to look in game, and just apply it onto a white (defualt) car?
Hi, ive played the game with my friend for a few days now, i have a few questions.
Iv'e noticed there are teams of drivers, do LFS provide a ladder or are there many ladders/sites out there that people use.
Skins, im pretty confuessed by these, if you have a template, do you just draw your design on the template save as JPEG and upload to www.LFSworld.net?
Endurance races, Ive heard you can do enduro races and switch drivers every 10-20 laps or so, erm..... HOW?
Im pretty bad with photoshop, and think my "skins" would be poor, but if later on in life me and my friend(s) wanted to start a team (or have our own design) can more experienced skinners design them for a price maybe??illepall
Thats about all i can think of, im sure there is more.. anything else you guys think i should know is much appreciated
