Well, their first post looks kinda organized and they have the basic information in there which 90% of new teams already fail at.

It's nice of you to care about my emotional state but don't worry, there are only maybe 4 or 5 teams where I would be really sad when they died.

A new team that looks a bit more promising for a change, nice.
