Over the last year, racers tried to qualify for the German Intel Racing Tour, and today was the big day: The best 10 drivers met at the "Cebit" to fight for the big prize at the Intel Racing Tour Finals: A BMW Z4 M
After a very chaotic race, with several safty car phases, Markus Gunzelmann of the #low-racing Team was able to take the win!
Second place goes to Theo Lass, driver of pod and third place goes to Patrik Burleson.
but i think it would be nice if the size of the cars and the displayed names could increased at will, so that i can see the names and cars even though i zoomed out to see the whole track, because at the moment it is too small
i think, all in all, the xrr is a little bit too fast now. I think FZR and FXR are on one level now, but the XRR might be a little bit too fast. (was already a little faster than FXR with 50kg) so maybe 0/55/80 would maybe be an option. we'll see

for me, its still too less difference until the green lights appear. i tested it many times, and i nearly always got a period of 3 seconds until the green lights appear.

i think 1 second is too less, although it didnt happen to me yet... 2-5 seconds would be much better i think.
i think the start lights are still shown almost at the same time each race... there should be a period of maybe 1-3 seconds until the green lights appear
in multiplayer, e.g. the fzr car's weight is 1200kilos, but only after adding more than 100kiols extra weight it counts. so you only can add till 1300kilos.

after starting the qualication, you automatically get into spectate mode
it would be nice if textures like the tire textures from "justinziarko" (LINK) would be integreated in the official version of LFS, because they look really really great
i meant if you're fighting with an opponent and you're door to door (real close) sometimes the other car just "jumps" only some centimeters left or right, and there's the crash...
another situation: if you want to warm up your tires, you're sterring left and right very fast. and if i spectate someone doing this on a server, online, he also just "jumps" around. its as if i would have low fps or sth... hard to describe
all in all the motion of the cars has to be a lot smoother, and i think in earlier patches it was smoother.
i dont know if i'm the only one troubling about the current "netcode" in LFS, but i think in the last time it was getting very bad. just a little contact between the cars mostly results in a hard crash, in which the cars are really catapulted in any direction.
I think in earlier versions of LFS, there wouldnt have benn such a crash after such a little contact...
But maybe i'm only fancying.
maybe there's a way to fix this in the next patch ?
i've got some "problems" with the sounds of DaveWS's soundpack (and now in the official version V3)... they are too loud for me and i cant hear my tires loud enough. i tried to change it in the sound options, but if i lower the car volume, and leave the tire sound at the maximum, the tire sound gets lower, too. Would it be possible to fix this anyhow, so that i can hear the tires loud and clear ?
i got a little problem with the titles in premiere... maybe you could help me i know how to set a text, but if i do so its always blurred after exporting the movie... maybe u got advice ?
