I was bored, so I decided to get rid of the ordinary lights on the 'Rocco in favor of bright-blue Xenon lights + JDM style yellow beams.

Did a bit of tweaking to give the angel eyes theme. Not really Xenon, but the main should still light up blue. (Ask for .dds file if you want)
