Decal Michelin To this Picture http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n145/GAARA82190/tein.gif
Remove the VW symbol on the Roof
And where it says hackenburg Ostmann stuck Malmedie Change it to Volkswagen Scirocco

This seems like a massive order for the new Car, But please someone create this skin with them added/changed Features.

Already made. Search it in the Skins forum and ask the maker to change it for you.
