BEER, the courses use SCCA Solo II setup practices. If the direction isn't marked, the obstacle is "optional." this means that you can enter on either side of the cone/wall, but you still have to slalom the cones/walls.
I've added more cones than we normally would on a real course to help substitute for the lack of depth and peripheral vision.
