in lfs.net buy license process has bug,

our new korean lfs user (lfs.net id : orbital1)

buy a license in lfs.net webpage ,

not only voucher code didn't come to his mail ,

the other mail come. (protx mail about " payments has been processed successfully")

- but his lfs.net account still demo racer


we want to resend voucher code mail.

Are you sure you bought a voucher code and didn't simply add 24£ to your account?

E: If that is the case you can still buy a voucher from the credit you have on your account, so nothing is wasted

This is confusing.
- the attached receipt is for an account upgrade
- there is no mention of any voucher
- there is no account name of any kind

Explain the problem to the appropriate people at the link below, make sure you include the transaction reference.
