With Steam's current sale, they have Race 07 going for $4.99. What do you guys think, is it worth it at this price?

depends on what you like. I find it cool. Nice sounds, cool graphics. If you even played GTR series, and liked them. then yes.

you like a crap game (not a sim, not even close) then yes.

All the tracks have realistic elevations, but someone accidentally reversed/flattened them when they put them in game. Also the trees are mutantly huge, FFB is laughable, its near impossible to slide and your fps will be drained.

Buy GTR1 or 2/GT Legends, they are miles better than the repetetive crud Simbin churn out now.

It's not that bad at all and certainly worth a fiver. The AI is good to race against for a start, and you can drive an E30 M3 . Graphics good, physics ok for the non hardcore.

5 dollars? for real? dirt cheap imo...

but if you already have rfactor then you can get all the track and cars free, more physics but less eye candy though.

just noticed flatout+flatout2 pack now only cost 8 dollars.....getting it right away

steam made a boo boo for europeans tho, they translated what was $40 into €40 :| Lucky for me tho, I still pay in $ for some reason..

It is worth it. Sorta. It's not a sim though, but I'd get one for a fiver.
