I had a fresh install on my computer not so long ago and now i can't see any chiese sybolms from online games or on other websites, its just comes up with a box or a box with a number written inside it, i think i have to download something but i don't know what, never had this problem before. Thanks.

Installing additional languages via control panel > regional & language settings should work, I think.

And why would you want chinese symbols?

Well in certain cases you can read them, as they resemble english letters. Hope that answers your question
