yesterday i was on lfs, worksed perfectly, today i went on aand i got 61 serers, alll wrong version? why is that. screenshot attatched.

That's about Z8 though, so both of the changes would be in Z9. There hasn't been any official post on why Z9 was made obsolete, days after Z10 was released. Unless I've missed something, which is possible

True! But the point was that such errors can be considered to be "expected" in this series of test-patches.

What's the problem in only keeping the latest patch available?

1. It's the latest test patch, it's up-to-date, it's more stable and optimized;
2. It makes people using older patches to download the latest one and stop complaining about already solved bugs;
3. It helps making things organized.

Previous test-patches aren't available per se. If you look in the test patch forum you'll notice that old threads are moved out of the main test patch forum.

As opposed to official releases, test patches are not announced in-game. Therefore I suspect that the reason the OP was using an older test patch simply was that he hadn't manually updated to the latest one yet.
